KAYSEN凱森液壓隔膜計(jì)量泵概述
液壓隔膜計(jì)量泵也叫柱塞隔膜計(jì)量泵的一種，是結(jié)合柱塞式計(jì)量泵和隔膜式計(jì)量泵的特點(diǎn)而設(shè)計(jì)的一種計(jì)量泵。該計(jì)量泵與被計(jì)量介質(zhì)介質(zhì)接觸部分為隔膜，而驅(qū)動(dòng)部分為液壓柱塞。由于隔膜根據(jù)被計(jì)量介質(zhì)的不同可選用不同的材質(zhì)，如海波?。–SM）、氟化橡膠（FPM）、泰氟?。≒TFE）等，而液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓計(jì)量的需要，所以柱塞隔膜計(jì)量泵的使用領(lǐng)域和工礦壓力大大提高。

KAYSEN凱森公司系列的柱塞隔膜計(jì)量泵便是這一種類(lèi)型的計(jì)量泵的杰出代表。該計(jì)量泵集中了隔膜式計(jì)量泵和活塞式計(jì)量泵的所有特點(diǎn)，既滿足了用戶對(duì)出口壓力的要求（*可達(dá)100巴），又解決了腐蝕性介質(zhì)的計(jì)量要求。

該計(jì)量泵的流量不隨壓力變化，在工作狀態(tài)和非工作狀態(tài)下均可進(jìn)行0－100%的線性調(diào)節(jié)。

一泵雙頭設(shè)計(jì)，使一臺(tái)泵同時(shí)用不同的計(jì)量量計(jì)量不同介質(zhì)的應(yīng)用成為現(xiàn)實(shí)，既節(jié)省了空間，又降低了成本。

鏡面反照式設(shè)計(jì)，使活塞法蘭及計(jì)量頭在驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪左右兩側(cè)均可自由安裝，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝靈活。

模塊式設(shè)計(jì)使現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝及維護(hù)變得非常便捷。

產(chǎn)品內(nèi)置過(guò)壓安全保護(hù)閥，省去了一般計(jì)量泵安裝旁路的麻煩，既節(jié)省了空間，又增加了產(chǎn)品使用的安全性。
